Creating a database on Windows can fail

A recent Windows 7 update has changed the way Reality users can access the registry. While this change to Windows is investigated, if mkdbase fails to create a database, please retry from a command prompt specifically started as Administrator.

Note:
The errors given may not be clear but you should see an indication that the database as not been fully built.
