DSPMON must be run after DBUPDATE or SYS-UPDATE

If a new release of DSPMON is installed, the first time it is run, it will need to update configuration items. Once the update of the items is complete, DSPMON will default to display the setup menu to allow the configuration to be verified.

Subsequent use of DSPMON will have already updated the configuration items and will not display the setup menu unless requested to do so.

Therefore, when a database is updated with DBUPDATE or SYS-UPDATE, to ensure the DSPMON configuration items are updated, DSPMON should be run interactively using
