Help!! my licence keys have expired, what can I do

Don't panic, for live systems you can invoke a 10-day grace period, for evaluation systems load the latest keys.

For expired Evaluation Keys
Refer to the Request a demo page in order to download a new key file to update your current keys.

For any Reality keys, including commercial use
As of Reality V14.0 there is an inbuilt "grace period" that you can invoke that will instantly provide 10 days of extra use from any expired key. This gives you enough time to contact your local support in order to obtain replacement keys.

Note:
Since V12.0, Reality does issue warnings from a couple of months before expiry which are written to logs so that you can renew your licences. It is strongly recommended, however, that you configure system alerts so that administrators will be notified when these warnings are logged. These can be simply setup to send emails, SMS text messages or append to a support webpage or site monitoring system.
